We will be celebrating the longest day of the year with Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, Rituals & Intention Setting. As the sun reaches its peak this is a huge turning point in the year and a great time to assess, recalibrate and move forward in the direction which most aligns with who you want to be and where you want to go. A wonderful opportunity to harness light, energy and community to celebrate the Summer Solstice together!
