About the event
We will be welcoming spring and the lighter evenings with breathwork, meditation, intention setting and a Yang to Yin yoga flow designed to release all that no longer serves us, as we embrace this period of new beginnings. Traditionally equinox was celebrated as a time to cleanse out stagnant energy within the self and our surroundings. Our practice will include letting go rituals so that we can move forward into this next phase of the year feeling energised, inspired and at peace.

Mats are provided but you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own.
