All About Yasmin's Yoga
Sending you a very warm welcome from Brighton. If we've met you'll know me as Yas or Yasmin and if not I hope our paths connect one day soon!
In my late teens I developed a keen interest in natural health and wellness as a result of losing my mother to cancer. This would eventually lead me to Thailand and India where I would learn about Ayurveda, Shamanic Medicines, Detoxing & Cleansing and the value of natural living. I would come to learn the importance of health from the inside out and the integral balance of mind, body and spirit.
A few years later I started to delve into the world of yoga. This led me to complete my Teacher Training along with many other courses and workshops, helping me to deepen my knowledge and understanding of this beautiful practice. My travels also gave me the privilege of learning meditation with Buddhist monks.
I have always been inspired by those who live yoga as a way of life and I am unbelievably passionate about sharing this practice with others.

Private Session
The Joys of Yoga
The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into your yoga practice. The focus is on alignment, meditation and breath, with a special emphasis on proper technique to help you reconnect and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. We can focus on any areas of interest and the entire session will be centred around your needs and requests. This is a popular one, so please don't hesitate to get in touch and tell me more about your needs and requirements.

Online Session
Aligning With Yourself
My Online 1-2-1 or Small Group Session is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. The approach is exactly the same as the Private Session but this is carried out online rather than in person.
These sessions can be arranged as Personal 1-2-1's, Small Group Sessions or Client Consultations and will be tailored to your needs and requirements. Please note these are personalised sessions and not open classes.

Group Session
Balancing Mind, Body & Spirit
I have created this Group Session to be uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. My Group Sessions integrate yoga poses, meditation and breathwork as part of my holistic technique. Perfect for friends, colleagues or family groups who would like to practice together and have sessions tailored around your collective requirements. Depending on numbers these can be arranged as classes or workshops at a venue or studio near you. They can also be held at your place of work or within your home, space permitting.
